  Efficiency First Solutions is a Home Performance Contractor and Energy Assessment/Audit company with offices in Charlotte, NC and Columbia, SC serving most of North and South Carolina.   We focus on diagnosing problems using highly sophisticated tools and diagnostic procedures, then we provide the solutions; it’s that simple.  We address the house as a system, not as individual components.  We don't sell "silver bullets" or individual products that promise deep energy savings. It's our mission to provide homeowners with solutions that improve their homes comfort, health & safety, energy efficiency, and durability.  

Why is Efficiency important to us?

  It is our belief that energy efficiency is our most affordable renewable energy source available today.  The services we provide cannot be imported from other countries.  It’s done by hardworking individuals who believe that we can better serve homeowners in the construction field while ultimately proving a solution for a growing problem in this country: our dependency on fossil fuels.
