• Understand your needs and provide a quote for an assessment or one of our services.
• If you choose one of our Two Home Energy & Performance Assessment Levels, we will give you a list of prioritized improvements based on your needs. We'll also inform you of any state and federal tax incentives, or utility rebates.
• If you decide to make to move forward with the improvements, one of our certified contractors will begin the install.
• Once all work is completed we do final testing and quality assurance on all of our contractors work.

 Finally, we're certified by RESNET and BPI, the only two home energy certifications; an important qualification to ask for no matter who you talk too.

The Building Performance Institute requires that we "test-in" and "test-out".  We do this to not only ensure quality installs, but to ensure we haven't created an unsafe living environment by making your home too tight.
